Few years back in Bianca's, one late wide eyed evening...
Sat down on a couch and realized the guy beside me was wanking.
Figured could either ignore it, or...
asked him "So, how does jerkin off in the open like that work for ya?"
his reply:
"Well... the thing is...
If someone looks over, and doesn't like it, they just look away.
If someone looks over and they like it, it's the start of a good party."
Power to him.

The Way I See It...
Even if LEOs enforce acts of "lewdness" or whatever that they witness in public, there is still a lot of activity occuring in a consensual setting behind the scenes (Pink Pussycat, Bianca's back N tha day, Jiffy Lube).
I always thought the issue was more one involving consent, and that (presumably) when you chose to enter a camp with a clearly sexual theme, that you sort of "voluntarily" gave your consent upon entering/participating. (Similar to how the B-Man tickets give their "you voluntarily assume risk of death or serious injury upon purchasing this etc. etc." spiel.)
I would guess that with sexual acts in "public", that the participants and observers would have to work out an agreement, just like someone who appreciates a more quiet camp setting would have to negotiate with a sound-oriented camp located nearby them.
And while I am mostly against the idea of "ghetto-izing" any particular types of camps, I do however like entertaining the idea of similar themes being located nearby one another-- that way those who seek whatever type of common activity the camps offer can easily find their niche, and those who for some reason or another want to avoid a particular genre of behavior know where not to go (or have their children go for that matter).
Just some food for thought...

This is all just more indication that Seattle's takeover of the event is almost complete. As the most sexually repressed liberal area of the country (Yes, even more so than Boston), Seattle has been infiltrating the event for years. Soon our busybody contradictory ways will be imposed in even more places they don't belong.
