Nah. After spending a time homeless in NYC, I can sleep through absolutely anything - though for a time I was prone to waking suddenly and grabbing my stuff and then passing out again. Noise, light, someone jumping on my face...These things do not phase me. Water, on the other hand, especially a pool of it all around me all at once, would produce perhaps a potentially sour mood.

Where do we get rebar, by the way? This is something I haven't ever gone after. And what's the cost?

I purchased rebar at Home Depot. It is not very expensive...can't remember the exact cost.
