If your camp has a food permit, can guests "build their own"

Basically, you would have a condiment stand...since YOU are grilling them, make sure it is YOU that handles the fixings! Never trust the public with food product! Use disposable gloves or tongs...Never dealt with Nevada Health at BM..but did in real life..not fun.

I've seen huge lines for grilled cheese, and have had one randomly handed to me, but my fondest food memory was being in a white out out in the deep playa ... the dust settled and there was a guy with a full on hot dog cart. We had cold beer with us, and gifted it to him and the folks in the short line. yessssss.
