Canada can get their tickets mailed this year also.

No. The mail is delivered to the post office, then the postmaster will put a notification in your PO box that you have mail and a signature is required. You take that to the desk, they retrieve your email, you sign for it.

Oh, the post office has a service where you can authorize them to accept and sign for your email. If you've filled out that paperwork, the mail is signed for and put directly into your PO Box.

Actually, it was all true. I signed my company up for those services. Additionally, the PO texts me if there will be mail in my box, so I don't have to make a trip there unnecessarily. I signed up for all three of those services the same day with the same form.

Additionally, if you want to have UPS deliver to your post office, that is possible too. All you need do is use the street address of the post office and put the last four digits of your PO Box number after the address like a suite number.

Has anyone actually received their tickets yet (as opposed to just the e-mail)? I've been haunting my mailbox, looking for the tickets, but nothing's shown up yet. I hope the postman didn't screw up and deliver them to a neighbor.

Based on my experiences with Canada post (I own a mail order company) - I would sooner trust a carrier pigeon.
Savannah: I don't know what it is, but no thread here escapes alive. You'll get 1 or 2 real answers at minimum, occasionally 10 or 12, and then we flog it until it's unrecognizable and you can't get your deposit back.
