yeah Z, i need a vacation on the desert.
it has been one year and a few days since my last vacation sitting out Hurricane Frances/Francis on the west coast of St Pete, FLA.
i have seen the photos of sunrises and sunsets... and i could use a healthy dose of playa dust for the old digestive tract... and maybe a few fuckign days away from the news.

so... tonight has been a couple of beer and whiskeys... then home... and some more beer with pizza.

i am going to be a grandfather in a few days or so... my boss still likes my work... so, life for the most part (despite my detractors) isn't so bad.

time for more beer

Yeah but I get a nap after I get home so I can stay up a bit longer, not that I do anything useful with it but I’ve always had a hard time getting myself to go to bed when I should.

Oh the kids were good, only my first day back but it went well.
I just keep thinking of the Playa and I'll make it through with a smile!

You know what's funny is the first couple of nights that I didn't sleep in my dome I woke up imagining that I was in it! Weird, huh?

well, the step-daughter is 23, i am 48.... and I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PREGNANCY.

sort of an innocent bystander of sorts.

yeah, stuff is going okay, as long as the voices don't tell me to clean my weapons to often or loudly.

a few beers and a desert sunset would be nice.
