Pick-Me-Up

1.0 dash Bitters
0.75 oz Brandy
4.0 oz Champagne
1.0 dash Grenadine
0.25 oz Lemon juice
1.0 dash Sugar Syrup
Shake all ingredients (except champagne) well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.

I had picked up a bottle of Absente (note the spelling Absinthe)

The only difference is they replaced the banned botanical Wormwood, with a less bitter cousin, Southern Wormwood, also known as "Petite Absinthe." This allows them to offer Absente, Absinthe Refined in the United States. It came with the spoon too! It's not the real thing but you can get it at a liquer store. Just for people intrested in what it taste like.

Not yet. I really want to get responses back from the folks I sent the art proposal to. When I send that in I'll post it on the web site. in the meantime I need to setup an account with dreamhost and then have Jim move everything over there and test it.

This is either going to be the greatest thing I've ever done at Burning Man or it'll be a complete flop. Right now I'm somewhat feeling like a complete flop would be OK because it looks like there is a shitstorm headed my way in my life and I suspect it'll suck a lot of my time and energy for a while.
