Our roommate just moved out last night to hang out with her dad. He needs her now in Florida, but she didn't want to leave Portland. She finally found a place and wacky people that she loves. She has been crying for the last two weeks.

My fucking certified paranoid schizophrenic (among other things) exhusband has most likely stopped taking his medication and is starting to flip the fuck out again. He called my folks last night and rambled incessantly with one of hte more notable comments being how he has not slept in many days and will not until god tells him to. He is staying in a hotel about ten blocks from our children's school. Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck. Excuse me now, I have to go get a restraining order (I know I know I should have a long time ago, but I hate these kinds of things, and I have a tendency toward acting like an ostrich, and I was hoping for the best as usual).

The school has known for years (I specified that on the enrollment info when we first started there) that neither he nor any of his family may ever take the girls. That said, we did have an incident not too distant where he snuck in and made a big scene with police being called and everything, before he was hospitalized and taking medicine. They are aware that he has been nearby and stay on the lookout.

About a week ago, though, he had lurked around and then snuck in again with a group of parents saying he wanted to deliver something for hte girls; we had not arrived yet and Ms. Bev called to let us know before we got there. I'll let them know today that they should immediately call the police if they see him anywhere in the vicinity.

He had been spiralling down before the hospitalization, and now I'm worried about how starting/stopping the medication is going to affect him.

He does not know my phone number or where we live, and we are sufficiently far enough away from the school that he wouldn't wander into us.
