Well, there are plenty of good threads I haven't posted in, and most people are somewhat discomforting...
What exactly are you saying?

TPBM loves Word Arithmetics (those puzzles that look like long-division equations, but where there are letters that represent secret numbers).

No, I think it's a convoluted multi-dimensional event, that becomes a maze easily.

TPBM is rushing out to buy the new Tim Powers...

*I know. It's not that simple. But it makes for a good line.

Not alive yet (I turned 40 last year). My apartment building was constructed that year, though. ("November 1963. It felt like the world would freeze, with John F. Kennedy, and the Beatles..." Yes. 1980s child here.)

TPBM is looking forward to Thursday. Why?

Not wondering -- I know the answer!
I was born in 1971. A big part of my childhood -- in particular, the part where I was listening to pop music -- was in the 1980s.

TPBM has a collection of unmatched socks which s/he can't bring her/himself to throw out.

Yes, it is pretty nice :D

Cat, that explains it :D ... I was just stuck with the idea that you were born in 80's as you said you were 80's child...and I was confused, because I am the 80's child born in 80's and will just turn 30 this year on Playa... :D

TPBM thought I am older than 30
