As far as lining/covering a camper shelled truck bed....what is a good inexpensive way to do this? I'm talking about something to keep it relatively cool during the day, as it will probably be my main hang out spot at camp. Is there some foily blankets or something I should line it with? Or should I just put a shade structure over it?

Reflectix will work inside.
I'm told you can sleep on it as well.
You still need shade over the top.
Reflectix comes in different numbers of layers.
It should work for staying warm too.
It is layers of thin reflective material and air gaps.

Shade will work best if it is spaced out by at least a few inches.
Anything that blocks light totally will work.
Aluminet DS or some solid variant is the best, but I can't locate it in the usa.
Silvicool has been recommended to me.
It is available mail order.
Aluminet mesh might be okay if you use two layers of 80% spaced out.
Used billboard epdm or anything that blocks light, even black, will help.
Try to shade sides exposed to the sun too.
Heavy cardboard will work if you can fasten it down well enough.

It would be a shame if I had to resort to self-deception to preserve my faith in objective reality.

Nice, Doc! Maybe THIS will be the year that I finally go explore Reno! I usually disembark sometime Monday morning, and set sights for Wendover with a brief stop to check on Thunder Mountain. (Outside of Imlay.) That way I'm well-rested, and hungry enough to take on the buffet at the casino- It's amazing to me how my stomach can go from a keg to a shot in only a week's time!
Come explore Reno for Yuri's Day!

Can any of you local Reno people get special rates for Yuri's Day, in April?
