First year I designed a simple shower enclosure. The wind made a mess of it. I was camped one protective RV width from the road that ran near Arctica. As the wind blew, an art car stopped on the other side of the "protective" RV and I just waved, nakedly at the people dancing on the top level who had an excellent view of my ablutions.

After that, if I wanted modesty, I showered in the open air wearing a sarong (which can also be used as a towel to absorb excess water); but mostly I just stripped down and cleaned up with the solar shower bag we brought with water dripping in a weighted down wading pool. Water evap'ed in 24 hrs since little was used. It got a bit muddy toward the end of the week, but only for a few hours after getting wet. Only three of us used this system and we each only showered about 3 times during the week. Since then, we've used the same basic system, even on the occasions we've had an RV. We've added a small platform to keep our feet out of the muddy buildup.

I shower as much to cool off in the late afternoon as to cleanup a little, but showering in a dusty wind is pointless even just to cool off. In that case, just grab a wash cloth and get some cooler-melt water.
