Just got the email. "Unfortunately..." Nevertheless, I thanked them 'cause I know it was no easy process.

I emailed them as well, sent a very nicely worded letter asking if my application had become lost in the shuffle, and that I hoped that things were not to stressful down at ticket HQ.

They sent me the same "wait two weeks" notice.

Then, as I was leaving work, I checked my email, and ... I get the "Congratulations, you have a 2015 BM ticket" email!

I was dancing and yelling, "I GOT IT, YES, YES, YES, I GOT IT!"

Now it's time to start living like a Catholic during Lent so I can save enough money to make this happen, plus all of the other stuff that I need to get sorted.

This eplayan is coming home everyone!!!!!!

Oh man, I didn't see your post before I wrote my ecstatic one right below it, now I feel like a dick.

Timezone, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get a ticket. Don't give up quite yet. Did you put a 'ticket wanted' post here on eplaya? (Explaining your situation.) Also post on Craig's List and all the FB pages relating to tickets wanted. It can still happen. You're a veteran burner and a long time eplayan. Good luck.

No, I haven't heard from ticket support yet, however I'm hopeful! I like to celebrate with people who've received their ticket! Anytime is a good time to happy dance, for any reason or no reason at all! *happy dancing* See?

Thank you, I am so excited. I always treat my burn as if it will be the last burn I will go to, so I am, again, planning and preparing for this to be the best one yet. I'm up to my neck in projects, both big and small.

I hope that you hear back from them soon, with good news.

congrats spirulina! What a relief isn't it! I received an email saying they haven't gotten to my application yet, but I'm still hopeful! I have everything crossed! fingers, eyes, arms, but not my legs. I do need to walk!

My cousin received his email two days ago and he did not get a ticket. Interesting since he has been unemployed because he was taking care of his mother.

He applied the third day applications were open.

Thank you dogma. Thank you Ratty. I've sent them a few emails already. I don't want to push my luck. I've never had to wait this long to find out. I'm still being positive, kind of. We'll see what happens. If I don't hear anything by the end of the month, I'll send another email.
