So...A funny thing happened at the burn this year. I met Dammit Bill. Yes he is a real person. DB along with four others was camped across from us. They were an art support camp building the 'Quality of Life' piece. Dammit's wife Tam worked at Hell when the art was completed. Raven carries with her a small stuffed animal that I made years ago. (Turns out we attend the same events.) They were the best of neighbors.

They mentioned you. I told them your address. (They had been over there on every street except yours looking for you.) Rob may have been the other guy in camp. The last day he got a hell of a sunburned face. Or stood too close to the fire.

Dammit Bill. I’m tired of the annual beg. I have access to a big camp, was ready to help with art cars, felt good about it being a good way to get a ticket. Fun project. Although I wasn’t friends yet with this crew, It was a way in.

I didn’t think I’m really going to like them much, some spikey bits. Different root points of view. But if I want to go I MUST get along with these people. Um, maybe try main sale instead, plan for solo.

A low income ticket would help, but I don’t want to officially classify myself as a beggar.

I'm working on a daily meditation to stuff stuff stuff down the bad feeling I get not going. It alternates with a plan to get DGS somehow with my great camp design for something I have absolutely no clue how to make, with no resources, maker space, transport capability, or intention to learn. (if other people help in late July... I'll have shade, shillspace, lights, and an art car.) Today is stuffing meditation. join me, Bill?
