Hello all, just got back from my churches' monthly men's breakfast. Tomorrow, after 2nd service we set up for our feast. Several events this weekend and throughout the week. I expect to add a few lbs. to prepare for Winter, don't you know.

We got some rain here in the Sacramento Valley. That, and the wind, have knocked most of the tree leaves to the ground. Several homes have Chinese Maple trees that have left their multi-colored stars overlying everything. Beautiful.

Well, it's warmer here, but rain is coming up from the south. I was able to get some tree work done yesterday, and cleaned most of the gutters, all except for the tricky one where the ground slopes away. I have devised a way to rope the ladder off for that one, but it has to be retied repeatedly, in arms length increments, as I work my way down the whole length of the building. I'm thinking that can wait.

Good to hear that Elorrum made it safely to Delle and Ken's place! Woohoo!

Aww...Thanksgiving with MDF sounds great! Nice to hear you are progressing safely across the continent.

I am off work for FIVE DAYS!!! Attending the annual Island of Misfit Toys Thanksgiving - always a lot of food and fun.

Shaping up to be a beautiful day in Nevada. Right now its about 36 but its forcasted to be in the high 60s, I'm hoping for the 70s.
First day of my six day weekend. Gotta go to Carson City to pay my co-pay to my skin doctor. Snoop around Lowes and Sportsmans Warehouse. Get home and change my oil in my truck, rake leaves and mulch them into the grass. Watch Lynyrd Skynyrd videos that Rhino posted.
