Mornin' Campers! It's been a week since the accident and I am back on my bike, riding each morning like I used to do! Yay! Still a bit stiff and sore in places, but I can't complain much. I just made up my morning protein drink. I call it a Chunky Hippie Monkey.

In a blender:
16 oz. cold water
2 huge heaping scoops of dark chocolate whey protein
1 whole banana (sometimes 2)
1 whole pkg silken tofu

YUMMO!!!

....and now I must make breakfast. I've got this thing for SPAM lately. Anybody up for some SPAM, hash browns, scrambled eggs with cheese?

That breakfast sounds like what we used to call farmers breakfast, just throw it all in the frying pan and scramble the eggs. Can't say I've ever had it with Spam but it might be almost the same as corned beef.

Ooops, forgot to add the ICE to that protein drink recipe!!! Throw ice in the blender after everything is all mixed up together!! It's got about 55 grams of protein in it and oodles of vitamins!! Ended up using ham instead of spam and did like ya said, Deb. Just threw it all in a pan and called it good. Spirits are good today. Yesterday I won 8 games of mahjong. Mwahaahaaaaahaaa!!!
