How does Emily crave this? I dont see it, never have - so please give me examples or I will be inclined to think this is another sociopathic rant. She mostly works behind the scenes doing work that never gets noticed or even heard of, that does not 'fit' into your description. She has done this for years with little to no recognition or reward.
Or maybe you are referring to someone else... are other volunteers keeping people from contributing to this site? Who? And how are they doing this?

There's really an untold story somewhere in his post (note the biarre underlining and formatting) but I really am not into figuring it all out, instead concentrating on other things.
