y'know, this day has been insanely busy and i could use one of those, too. it just finally stopped after 6.5 - interruption again - hours straight of multi multi multi tasking.

it started not so great also: i think my boy and i were so tired last night we slept through the alarm. he barely got to work on time, and he wsa proctoring an exam where if there were fuck ups, people would die.

i'm so ready for a nap now.

yech. Jim's message that badger just put on the theses threads is kind of creepy/sleezy/something.

why don't i trust someone who first shows utter disdain for the community on this board (and many others) and then praises us?

i feel like someone is trying to get my vote by buttering me up.... and trying to get us to do his work to rewrite a flawed proposal that we may not agree with.

maybe i'm being too hard on the guy...

We're trying to line her up for a night in the Bar at BRC. We may have room for her and a three piece backup band... Or Sandwichman, our resident spinner, can do a Karaoke set with her...

Yeah, pup. You just missed her.

What ya drinkin? The hot little cock-tail waitress bolted outta here early this afternoon and the night shift hasn't showed up yet. Tisha does have over 100 beers on tap and all the top-shelf and low-end hooch you could desire. Just don't ask her to bend over. Crazy shit happens when she does that.

Too bad there ain't an orgy going on right now, but stick around and you, too, could be a participant in this experiment in radical community building.

Today has been crazy busy for Sensei...But this must be addressed.

What the theatre reviewer said was, "The largest cast currently performing in Seattle is working in one of the city's smallest theaters. The show is startling. The sensational moments in "Jesus Christ Superstar" are normally seen at a distance of 200 feet or more in a 2,000-seat theater. At the 50-seat Union Garage, representations of epoch making emotional, spiritual and social upheavals have a literal in-your-face quality. They take place between two and 20 feet from the audience's eyes, ears ... and noses.

Actors enraptured by religious ecstasy and mob violence, joyous conviviality and vicious frenzy can actually be smelled as they swirl by. Theatre Babylon directors Brad Cook and John Longenbaugh get intense -- and sweaty -- performances from their 27 actors. Perched on a small balcony, a four-member band adds to the agitation of every moment."

etc. etc... I'd say ol' Joe loved it, Lydia.

CONGRATULATIONS ON A FANTASTIC REVIEW, MISS LOVE!

And we knew you back when you were just 'Lydia'.

Oh, and you smelled good last night...

Let's just be thankful that you did not post that picture. Yeesh.

Lurker alert! I just spotted 17 "guests" in the foyer. Maybe they want to come on in here and get some little drinky-poo. But I'd better get my pants back on, right?

You and Guin are just jealous that Jing ("like Jingle Bells") who is a six and a half year old Chinese girl is taller than both of you.

And stop trying to distract everyone from what should be the real topic of discussion today here in the bar: that microscopic little plaid nothing you were almost wearing with the black fishnet stockings. And, after last night, I have (visual) proof that while Guin chooses not to wear any underwear, Rian in fact does wear undies.

I'm not sure about Lydia: those plushy velvety bell-bottom pants were hard to feel through. Obviously, more research is called for...

Tish, honey? Could you bring Sensei a cucumber(sp?) martini? I'll take that with a sidecar, too.
