At 6:17am the backs of my eyelids are pretty darn beautiful, thank you very much.

PBM, what do you like in your omelettes?

Omelets are a little confusing to me. I sorta prefer scrambled eggs. Although, those are fine with onion. Too much cheese in an omelet is disturbing. The cheese has to be melted and not too overwhelming.
TPBM figures they are not going to feed me any omelets.

On the contrary, I like a challenge! My omelettes are much closer to scrambled eggs, any way; I'm too impatient and always wind up mixing before the thing has congealed into a single omelette-loaf.

I'm going to say that it's potatoes. Potatoes properly cooked (I like them brown) and eggs together is yummy.
TPBM is singing:
Omelets and Amulets
Sprinkled with thyme
Don't care what words I sing

I try to avoid singing, unless there is someone around me I can annoy.

tpbm prefers west-coast omelettes (goodies wrapped inside the folded-over eggs) over east-coast ("French") omelettes (goodies cooked with the eggs and then folded over)
