I am in Central Florida, Orlando. I volunteered with burner projects at a warehouse in Oakland when I was In California. Any suggestions or pointers about how I can get involved would be appreciated?

Welcome to ePlaya!
There is art at Black Rock City, and at your regional burns. The big BMORG has a proliferation of platforms and communication channels. You want, and likely have, a Burner Profile, you can create a Spark account where people ask and offer, and you can sign up for all the communication channels used by your closest, and even nearby, "Burning Man Regionals."
You could also send an email to the Artery and ask what other communication/information channels are available. For instance, structural engineering would flow through Placement for theme camps.
Burners Without Borders need engineering sometimes.
There are likely FB groups dedicated to many of these, though they may be noisy.
Generally things that can fall down in Black Rock City are requiring structural engineering to minimize the risk to the BORG and the participants. The Artery would know the internal BORG departments which could need engineering skills.
And, if you have never read it, look up Couch Bob's blue tarp guide to desert structures. That's why Center Camps still stands! The organizer of Sextant Camp has built structures requiring engineering, including a tower with the dome as a base, and of course their tesla coils.
Not connected to burners specifically, there are directories of maker spaces, and some may have even survived Covid.

Thank you so much. I am on it going through the details of all those pathways to get involved after I finish my workout this morning. Appreciated. Yes Breuners without Borders I’d love to help there too.
