Generally, all pictures on Wikipedia are required to be Creative Commons, which allows commercial use.

Are all the pictures on Wikipedia against Burning Man policy?

So everyone who posted Burning Man pictures on Wikipedia violated BM policy and/or, those who use the pictures commercially? Sharing pictures is nice but commodification isn’t. #AbolishMoney

… but I actually went to the Wiki pages on BM and I gotta say the photos were shit.

Way better stuff on the Instagram glitterati models with their professional photo shoot crews throwing pigment dust into the air for the dynamic sexy glam shots.

So, um, like … no one really cares anymore.

The lack of all that was what made 2020 so great.
I am aware it’s going to train-wreck as too many start showing up with no organization and not truly understanding that there are now NO services.
No bathrooms, no meal plans, no bus, no nothing. And I like it that way.
