How do I block a thread?

I'm getting tired of having repetitive threads of on-line pissing matches initiated by a few ePlaya members. I know I can plonk certain posters on my foe list, but how can I make a thread started by a ePlaya member from displaying in my "unread posts" screen?

Have you tried turning it off, and back on, again?
