Fun LYCRA/SPANDEX remnants? Where to buy wholesale?

Hello! I am trying to make a DIY *colorful* shade structure from lycra (aka spandex or elastane).

I have seen really cool shades made by tying strips or remnants of lycra together.

I am looking for, and would so appreciate any help finding:

• places to affordably buy happy patterned lycra online

• places to buy in the SF Bay Area

• anyone with remnants they are willing to part with

• any other leads or ideas you might have!
