Looking for space on a truck for tents and 2 bins for family flying from East Coast

Hi! Any trucks or RVs out there, from Maine to New Jersey, that have space to take two tents and two bins?

We are super stoked to be coming back, but can't bring everything for a family of four as checked baggage on an airline, as we are also doing an art project out by the trash fence.

We would get our stuff to you, wherever you are, so long as it's no more than around a three-and-a-half hour drive. We live just east of Central Massachusetts.

Also, does anyone know of a group in the Reno area that will bring lumber materials out to Black Rock City? We've sure been through the excitement of strapping a big pile of 4x4s to the top of a rented minivan (with no roof racks) and cruising down the highway with shocks almost flat. Hoping to avoid that sort of "fun" this time around.

I've posted on our Regional list, and would be happy to know of any other places to post.
