Bar Traffic?

Hi all,

We're a new placed camp, and we're trying to figure out what our bar traffic will be.

We're setting up a bar near 8:45 & B, but have no idea how many drinks we should plan to serve. Our bar will be open during the evenings from around 8-10ish.

Is 100 drinks/day a reasonable estimate? Other camps with bars, what's your usual velocity and how much do you find that you use per day?
