Hello fellow burners.
In a bit of a situation as my plans to get my infrastructure onto playa has fallen through. Looking for some advice on this topic.

Does anyone from the Detroit area have space to bring some or all of my stuff?

This is my gear:
1 - Shiftpod (7.5 cubic feet, 65 lbs)
1 - Optidome shade canopy (20 cubic feet, 135 lbs)
4 - 27 gallon totes (20 cubic feet, estimated no more than 200lbs)
2 - e-bikes & an e-bike hunting trailer (33.5 cubic feet, 165 lbs)
5 - gallon water cooler (2.5 cubic feet, 5 lbs)
1- bed roll (2.5 cubic feet, 13 lbs.)
1 - 4' folding table (2 cubic feet, 19 lbs)

Total weight 602 lbs.
86.5 total cubic feet.

If you have any solutions please hit me up!

Wow, that’s a lot of stuff.

85 cubic feet is hard to pack into a full sized pickup unless it’s a long bed, even then your stacking 3 feet high.

I know that DC and NY have shipping containers going out this year. Pretty late in the game for that.

Full size truck or cargo van rental may be your fallback option, but that would get pricey real fast.

Good luck.
