Need a free/cheap small vehicle to make a mutant vehicle

Howdy Burners,

I'm the person who's brought the "electric buzz-saw" to BRC for the last two years. Here's a quick movie if you want to have a flash-back:

I'm giving the buzz-saw a break this year, and really want to do a specific new mutant vehicle. The problem is the buzz-saw was based on a short school bus, and I need a much shorter vehicle. So, I'm looking for a free/cheap hatchback, riding lawn-mower, golf-cart, ATV, or other small vehicle. This vehicle does not have to be street legal.

The less money I spend on the vehicle, the more I can spend on decor. In other words, it would be nice if someone has a vehicle they can give me.

Ideally this vehicle would be:

0) Located somewhere in Oregon, Western Washington, or Northern Cali
1) Short in length
2) Free (or very cheap)
3) Runs somewhat well (or easy/cheap/known fix)
4) Doesn't smoke too much
5) Automatic transmition
6) Not too loud
7) Trunk full of money
