I want to build an art car (who doesn't?), and so am looking for a golf or utility cart.
-Gas or electric (or give me some guidance on why I'd pick one over the other).
-Probably not 2 stroke...noise is not optimal...
-Totally trashed body is obviously okay...I'm going to strip much of it off anyway
'Better' frame, engine, drive train, wheels would be nice.
