Lost Blue Specialized Rockhopper

Clearly labeled with name and address on top bar.

"Jeff Anderson, Avalon Village, Uncharted Territories"

Disappeared at Deep End on Saturday afternoon before the Burn.

Does DPW collect bikes that are left behind when they're found during the cleanup?
