Yeah, really wanting some playa love in the local neighborhood. There have been rumblings on my camp's list, as well. You might want to check http://bm.tribe.net for updates, too. :)

Each of Flight to Mars, Space Virgins, and Hippocampus will have decompression parties as far as I know. There should also be a larger SeaCompression party later in November.
A few of us hippos were at the ReBar last nite - in playa gear! - and met some other burners just by chance. But to be honest: nothing's like the playa... Didn't get the groove thing going...

I'm with a crew called Shady Asylum that had green grass, thoughtfully accepted by a Christian org in Gerlach after the Burn. I'm also having dust withdrawals now that I'm back in the default world.
I live down in Columbia City and would like to meet other local burners, at Decom events or even just for a night on the town. I long to wear my dusty trench and my very special modified ranger hat around town.
Perhaps we could get an offline Email list together for local burners? Or one exists already, yes?
