Decent wiki-webhosting?

I've set up a wiki for our camp for BM07. Currently I'm using wikia as a host beause it's free. I'd prefer something that doesn't have so much "junk" added to my page. I don't have a good enough connection to run my own webserver anymore so that's out.

Does anyone know a "better" place to set up a wiki? Or perhaps a way to edit my wiki so all of that doesn't display (though that seems doubtful).
