looking for housing in SF (near Castro/Dolores Park area)
I posted a message last week to the I Need forum, but a couple ranger friends suggested I try here as well:
My roommates are moving out and I decided this is just the kick in the ass I need to get out of Santa Cruz and finally move up to SF.
I'd like to find a place in an existing household, a burner friend said that's usually easier, cheaper, and I want to live in a fun household with people who are more then just roommates, but can hang out together too.
So I hope someone out there will see this and something will click with a friend who's got a room, or you yourself have a place and think we might be a good match. so here's some info about me:
I'm 27, gay, a professional UI designer (I design web applications), have a good stable job, non-smoker, surfer (and happy to teach others how to surf too), non-smoker, and I smile a lot.
I've got my heart set on living in the Dolores Park/Castro area, and hope to find a fun, friendly, creative household. I think I've got a lot I can bring to a household in terms of personality, spirit and technical expertise (I've got a great stereo system and a wireless home network)
If anyone knows of a place, I'd be very thankful.

Thanks Blenderhead, I really appreciate that, and to the others who've written me. There are few things that really scare me, and after ahving one roommate turn out to be a drug dealer finding a good roommate situation became part of the top three (along with the fear of falling and spiders)

Spiders are more scared of you than you are of them, check out my brother's site www.bighairyspiders.com, it hasent been updated in a while, but the psudo faq's are a hoot!
I took the road less traveled, and now I would like to go back and find the paved one.
