Most users ever online was 175 on Sun Mar 12, 2006 1:50 pm

Would be interesting to see a graph or the data to turn into a graph of users on-line. Anyone have that?

Seem to recall that several of the "most user" records were set during severe spambot attacks.

Yeah, it seems odd that the real maximum number would happen in March. I suppose it's possible there was some news story or something that pushed traffic high on that date.

The forum doesn't keep historical data, only the maximum. Every time it calculates how many users are online right now, it checks to see if it's a new record and updates the value if it is.

It might be possible to calculate it from data we do have, but it would take some research.
