Place needed in Bay Area to build an art car.

So I've come up with a great idea for an art car, but living in San Francisco makes it impossible to build at my home. Is there anyone out there with some space in a garage/yard that wants to be involved in something new? What I've come up with is Baba Yaga's Hut. A large hut on chicken legs that is lit up with all sorts of fire, has a small bar with a witch serving drinks. Let me know if you're interested in the project regardless of whether you have a place to build it.

Oddly enough I just finished a book (singularity sky) that featured that hut!
