Yeeeah. How much fuel do you think that'll need?

(And for the record, I don't think they were drunk, just rednecks.)

Actually they probably used 20-30 gallons of fuel. El Diablo burns upwards of 50 gallons per minute if I run all seven stages of the afterburner wide open. This youtube clip is approx 4 minutes. That is exactly fifty gallons of methyl borate run through the AB. The engine itself consumes approx 2 gallons per minute. When I use the hydrocarbon fuel I can get about 75' of flame. The sparks you see are from our particle injector. That night we were using titanium sponge. I was not able to bring El Diablo this year due to my committment with Crude Awakening, but it will be back in 08' with some "enhancements"! Besides orange and green, we can also do red and blue flames. We can also change color on the fly. In 06' we ran it every night around 10:00 pm. It is almost as loud as the Victory Siren.
Those who think they can and those who think they can't are both right.

The only real problem I have with one of those little cars is: If I manage to get myself into one, could I get myself back out (or would I just have to wait until I starved off enough fat?)? :?

Just keep the windows rolled up in the sun. The fat will be rendered into lard, a natural lubricant...and you can get out if the tiny door handles don't break off.

I remember coming across him before somewhere. My favorite quote: " Sure, it's weird to have a clown facilitator, but you've seen stranger things, I'm sure."

I even thought of taking a swing at it myself in my own post, but I thought I'd leave the pleasure to y'all.

Forgot about Ouchy. That's going to give me a strange little smile the rest of the day.
