Looking for place in Reno to build our Mutant Vehicle

Looking for a lot, land, yard, or driveway with a place to stay, camp, rv, trailer, or mobile for about a month this August to build our Art Car and prepare for Burning Man.

Annabella's Zen Art Sanctuary is a place in south Reno for artists and engineers to create, stage and store art which is to be presented at Burning Man each year.

We also share the ideals of Burning Man such as...

The house is on a half acre with garage but no separate shop. But there is power and water in the back construction area for welding.

The use of Annabella's has no direct association with the Burning Man organization.

Just be sure that your vehicle meets all the new mutated specs. The DMV is getting a little more picky about the vehicle not being recognizable as to what is was in it's past life. The last thing you want is to work your ass off all month long only to be told that you can't drive it on the playa, and have to leave it parked at your camp.
The rules are much more stingent for Art Cars and mutant vehicles, as far as community benefit and participation. Check the DMV section out before you start.
My understanding is that the DMV is trying to curb the amount of golf carts covered in flourescent fir as well as the Hyndais covered with PEZ dispensers.
This may be a great time for Odwally to chime in!
