I'm a little confused here, are you using them inside the tent or do you intend to make your tent out of them?

I'm no expert but they look like the moopy "blue tarps" that break down under uv light.

:) no, i am going to put them on my tent, the shine side up.. we did it last year, it gives you max additional half an hour in the morning at best.. i was wondering if there other suggestions. Thank you

I haven't found a good us source, mostly canada.
It may be the same as solid aluminet, not imported here anymore.
We should do a bulk buy.

I think you can get reflectix at home depot and places like that or buy direct.

Here is a very low-fi way to sleep in...

Get one of them one person very low to the ground tents.

Park facing North-NorthEast-ish.

Pitch tent as close to the port side of your vehicle.
