Anyone know where the Red Light District is this year?

By my highly sophisticated mathematical formula :) I figure it might be at either 4:30 or 7:30, though I could be wrong.

Usually it's closer to the 9:00 side of the plaza. I assume since Stiffy Lube and Porn and Eggs are around 9:00 then that's most likely gonna be considered the Red Light District.

The Red Light District this year is between my legs.

Red Nose District is at 5 & Esplanade.
