solar power for you!

hello burners.

i'm looking for a (or possibly multiple) camp(s) to collaborate on converting you from gasoline powered to solar powered. ideal candidates would be power-hungry day camps (a la the deep end, RIP) in the interest of minimizing energy storage requirements, but i'm going to try to help whomever is interested.

i have experience designing and installing photovoltaic systems in the residential and commercial markets, and have access to incredible pricing on the required components. i volunteer my consultative and design services. this is a non-profit endeavor for me - i'm camping small this year and i want to see more solar at burningman.

Are you familiar with AEC (Alternet Energy Camp)? The are right up your alley.

thanks for the heads up about AEZ. i should have expected there to be an existing community - there's one built around anything and everything! i'm getting in touch with them.
