My first time.....Looking for.......

I have been fascinated wtih Burning Man for years and this year I finally have the dough and time to do it. I'm looking for any type of freaks, musicians, artists or great people to hang with. Good, honest, happy people with no hangups. I am a musician (electric bass, acoustic guitar and purcussion) and I would love to camp with a band or bring some fellow musicians out to jam with. How does the electricity work? There is so much to read on the page I guess I just haven't got around to it. The more bizzare the better!

Welcome to eplaya, AZB.

The whole city is filled with the types you describe.

There is no electricity. You'll need to bring with you everything that you'll need. If you plan on jamming on your electric guitar, you'll need to bring a generator.

i'm afraid you've been fed a bunch of Hooey. The Citizens of Black Rock City are not "hang-up" free, far from it, just ask the boys at Comfort and Joy.

may i suggest a "Promise-Keepers" event instead?
