24 hour gas in Gerlach?

Post by The Bee » Sun Aug 30, 2009 10:33 am

Anyone know what time the gas stations in Gerlach or Empire or Nixon open? If I plan to arrive at BRC pre-dawn, will I be able to gas up on the way in?

Thanks!

Thanks. Does that mean they're always open?

I think they are always open but last year they were having some problems with taking cards when I went through.

Sorry about that, yes you can use the card reader after hours.
And yes, you do have to hope it is working.

Last night the station was still open at 9 pm when I went home.

The Empire store got a delivery recently and the MAY
have gas. If so they'll likely be cheaper than Bruno's.

No guarantees, if not head on to Bruno's.

I'm courious if the Empire Store will be open early, around 07:00am to make sandwiches on Thursday since I have to go to Carson City on Wednesday afternoon and would rather get one in Empire as opposed to subway.
