The FDA has approved the new eyelash enhancing drug Latisse, by Allergan, makers of that life saving wonderdrug Botox. Last night, I saw a commercial for the stuff. Side effects include redness, eye irritation, discomfort, blurred vision, blindness, and thicker, fuller eyelashes. Oh wait, that last one is the intended effect.

Not blindness, color blindness.
And it's true about the eyelashes.
I used to have to trim mine to keep them from hitting my glasses.

I was also one of the first people in the country to get a permanent headache in an area that you should never have any pain (unless you have a tumor).
So that got attention pretty fast.
It takes a long time on the full dosage for the pain to occur, so it would take longer maybe on the cosmetic dosage?

Changing medication, the pain and color blindness eventually stopped.

I suspect it would, but the dosage level would probably be dangerous.
Topical though, so ?
