Didja know it's slang for someone with a STD? I didn't - but I don't know if that's American, or where...however, it can also mean "hooligan," which is pretty fun.

Unless hooligan in your vernacular has negative connotations.

Also means Hot-air balloon device, which sure sums up a lot of folk around here. :roll:
