Couchsurfing Theme camp?

Post by happyhappyjoyjoy » Sat May 29, 2010 6:34 am

('') Hi, I have heard that there is a Couchsurfing theme camp but I can't find it listed anywhere. I am currently CSing all over asia and love CS and what it offers. I am coming to BM for the first time but I am coming prepared and would love to help out any way I can. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the Couchsurfing camps person?

Thanks a bunch,

Happy jOy jOy

Hi Welcome to the eplaya,

Yes, there is a Couch Surfing Camp.

I am trying to find more details and intend on getting back to you once I have gotten a reply from my gal...

In the mean time, I suggest you check out the survival guide @ http://www.burningman.com/preparation/event_survival/ (read it till you can quote it :) )

I think you have the right attitude to do fine! Radical self-reliance (translated as being able to take care of yourself ie: 1.5 gallons of water per day at event, food, shelter), an open mind, and willing to contribute something of yourself.

This year will be my 4th year and I truly believe I am a better person as a result of my experiences at and because of Burning Man!!!

You will be hearing from me A.S.R.P.

TTFN.,
