... mailed with tickets? I bought mine at a walk-in and they had no materials, and I'd sorta like to do my ahead-of-time planning. Thanks.

Go to http://www.burningman.com/ and look at the links connected to "The Event." First Timer's Guide, Preparation, On the Playa, et als. Read and download to your heart's content.
