Looking for Room w/yard in SF burner house!

Just landed in the bay from Colorado with my pooch. Staying with friends near American Steelworks in Oakland until I find a place in San Fran. Looking immediately. :)

Looking for a room with a closet in a house with a yard, and perhaps a corner in the common space to set up my sewing stuff. I'm pretty easy-going and flexible in living situations, keep largely to myself but also enjoy socializing and interesting convos - especially the ones that inspire mutual creativity. :) For my own mediums I sew (utilitarian accessories and clothing re-fashion), paint (scenic artistry/large scale faux finishing), act, model, & perform among other more buisinessy, less arty things. Musically I love Dubstep, breaks, electro/tech/fidget house, or really anything with a killer bassline, some live music as well. :P You can find me on FB under Nici She - I'm also part of the Burning Man FB service/product page.

Also, interested only in places that are large mellow-dog friendly - Dubby is a compact 70 lbs but uber uber chill, very obedient & super silly-sweet. (Charming to even the non-doglover)
