SEEKING GUEST CHEF - Golden Cafe

Post by Lucifer » Tue Jul 20, 2010 9:56 am

Its the 5th anniversary of our little Golden Cafe supper club, and we are seeking a guest chef, as well as some gifted assistants, to help us shake things up a bit. With one night of 8 Cajun dishes and another night of 8 Italian dishes already booked, who knows what we can come up with for our third night?

Light and heat,

How about Paella and Spanish tapas? Not sure what you are looking for as far as guest chef material and how many people you are feeding. I've done paella for my camp, cooked over a fire pit like it should be, hot work to say the least! usually a crowd pleaser. Feeds about 20 people give or take...

Each night is 40 plates, with 8 dishes making up each plate. Paella could certainly work as one of our dishes on Friday night - if your usual batch feeds 20 without sides or appetizers, then one third that amount should cover one of our dishes - message me if you'd like to give it a shot.
