Homeowners and auto insurance are products I haven’t sold in many years. I’m not your (pl) agent, I don’t know your circumstances, and there are infinite variables on the playa that make general advice all but impossible. Tips - I really only have two suggestions, but I can’t help but be long-winded on the subject. Feel free to stop reading immediately after the two tips:

1. Call your agent before the event. Tell them what you’re planning, and give them time to research your needs.

2. Read the pertinent policies, paying particular attention to what is excluded and what the definitions of who is an insured, insured premises, insured vehicle and covered uses are. If you don’t understand the meaning of something or have a concern, then ask your agent to explain it till you understand (drop them if they balk at this).

When I say Event below, I’m talking about your theme camp, not Burning Man.
