Flying J Truck Stops

Post by thejohnstamos » Sun Aug 15, 2010 10:01 pm

Just took a road trip on 1-80 between Denver and Salt Lake City and found that all of the Flying J Truck Stops we came across are undergoing construction. The stores themselves were open but very chaotic.

Probably not the best place to stop on the way out.

I'll ask MyLarry, he doesn't use the J on his runs, but he can get on the CB and ask. I doubt the pumps aren't open.

Pumps were working but something in the computer in the store was messing up. All of the truckers were having problems and the stores in general are torn up. It made for VERY long waits in bathrooms, paying lines and actually the pumps were sort of a mess too just because everything was taking longer.

I just don't like hassles of that nature when i'm traveling.
