As for parking a 40' rig on Thursday am.....

The only place you'll find to camp is on the very back streets by that time in the week. Do Not set up camp in the dark- pull over & find a place to wait until dawn, and then check with neighboring camps to make sure you can set up where you would like.

You might see an area that looks open at night, but in the daylight you realize its the common area for a camp; or where an art car that happens to be out and about parks.....
