lighting, stage, landscape arhcitect needed 4 RESTAURANT, CA

We are in final design pahse for a theatrically inspired restuarnt/lounge in Fullerton, California. The large space (4,000 square feet of dining/lounge) is to be united by a stage/control booth , smaller than Center camp's but similar in design and purpose. In fact, the type of 'entertainment' you'd find at our place would ve similar to what is on typically during the week at BM.
We need specific help in the lighting design and cost estimate for materials, and construction of. Same with the Stage, and exterior gardens connecting two patios (1 smoking, 1 not) We have basic footprints, ideas on style and look, but need someone familiar with these things arhcitecturally to make what we have useable in our SBA loan application.
There is pay.
We are Burners for a long time.
