Seeing that I really don’t actually know most people that go to or work to put on Burning Man; I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you that I will never meet for things you have done…….

Thanks for the GREAT April Fool’s joke you pulled by putting Home Depot, Walmart a Victoria’s Secret adds on the Burning Man home page……….that was funny shit.

Thanks to whoever had the idea to put Burning Man in the Black Rock Desert……I mean who in their right mind would tell someone……ya, you drive a couple miles past Empire, take a right and drive for a couple of miles until you’re in the middle on nothing…..that’s the place. BRILIANT!

Thanks to the people who in 2001 lead me from the Empire store to the Playa; driving VW bugs that had been modified to look like flying saucers………..If you heard a big boom……..that was my mind popping……..I know right then that I would be back.

Well this year is my first burn, but I'm grateful that there is a Burning Man for mr to experience. and I hope I meet everyone I've come to know in here!
